See this newer video for the final release version of WordPress 3.3.
WordPress 3.3 is due to be released near the end of November. This release doesn’t have as many changes as the last major release, but some things that you probably use all of the time have been moved around and tweaked a bit, and you’ll want to know what they are.
Watch this short video to see all of the changes.

Nice job.
Perhaps the reason for the drop down under BlogAid Training is when it is in multi-site mode, all the sites that are support through this instance of WP will be listed.
Ah, that would be a good reason Greg! Thanks so much for letting me know. Will put an annotation on the video.
Thanks for the video. I couldn’t help but notice that in the video (at 4min.) you had the icons for editing in the view mode.
I lost these icons in the last upgrade to 3.2.1 and the site is much slower. My questions are (1) did many people experience this problem? (2) will the new version 3.3 will correct this problem? (3) where is the upgrade button hidden in the 3.2.1 version?
My IT guy, wich is hosting the WP, is saying it’s not his fault (he had a memory problem that shut the site down, he solved it) and the guy that built the template is saying it’s the hosting (some people claimed that some templates didn’t fit the 3.2.1. upgrade).
Normand
Normand, it sounds to me like the 3.2.1 upgrade did break your theme (which is not uncommon) or the hosting issue corrupted your core WordPress files (which is less likely, but affects the core files where the rich text editor is stored). I have not heard of an upgrade breaking that particular part of a site. The next upgrade may not fix that problem, since that core file may not be one that gets updated. If it doesn’t, you may want to consider switching to one of my fave plugins, which is TinyMCE Advanced. It’s a far better text editor anyway. The other choice is to do a fresh install of your site. That involves special backup techniques and such, so you definitely want your IT and/or hosting person in on the process. The upgrade button will only appear when the 3.3 version is publicly released. I’m running the Beta version on the site I use to make videos, which is something you don’t want to do on a published site because it’s unstable. The new version is due out in just a couple of weeks, so you won’t have to wait long.
Glad I finally got around to viewing this. Now I need the nerve to update!
You and everyone else, Claire! WP updates make a lot of folks nervous. Since the new version will have the jQuery language built in, some folks will have a bunch of plugin updates to do too.
