It’s also critically important that you consider function over fashion and don’t just buy into the shiny new thing syndrome. Be SURE you vet making a major change with folks like me who actually run tests.

Keep in mind that most of these changes are already rolling out. So, it won’t be long before we start seeing news of both improvements and breaks.
