What an incredible video. I love how well you explain all the features. Thanks for catching a few of the glitches. We are working on rolling out these fixes this week :)
In terms of MailChimp, you need to make sure you are embedding the raw HTML code which you can grab from the Lists menu on top of MailChimp, then choosing your list name from the list, selecting Sign Up Forms, clicking “Embedded”, and copying the HTML code from there.
One thing to note is that Simple Live Press only supports both “First Name + Email” or “Email only” input boxes. Any others fields will not show up.
